Your information should be handled with the same care as your decisions.

This notice explains the information collected through the BEYO Advisory website and assessments. If you become a client of BEYO Wealth, you may receive a separate regulatory privacy notice describing the information, sharing practices, safeguards and rights applicable to that relationship.

What we collect

Before you submit a form, the assessment stores your progress in your browser and sends BEYO an anonymous session identifier, assessment path and progress step. It does not send your individual answers. If you submit results, we collect your name, email address, consent, assessment path, overall score and six dimension scores. If you send a general inquiry, we also collect the pathway and message you provide.

Why we use it

We use this information to deliver requested results, respond to inquiries, understand completion and abandonment patterns, improve the experience, and follow up about the assessment or BEYO services. We do not sell this information.

Where it is stored and shared

Submitted records are stored in BEYO’s website database. Information may also be processed by service providers used for website hosting, secure email delivery or customer relationship management. Those connections are limited to operating the experience and communicating with you. BEYO does not sell personal information collected through this website.

Your choices

You can clear saved assessment progress through your browser storage settings or by selecting “Take another assessment.” You can ask BEYO to correct or delete submitted information, or to stop follow-up communication, by writing to info@beyoadvisory.com. Where applicable law provides additional privacy rights, BEYO will respond in accordance with those requirements.

Retention and security

BEYO retains submitted information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice and to meet applicable legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, security and dispute-resolution obligations. BEYO uses access controls and reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Protect sensitive information

Please do not submit account credentials, account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax records, transaction instructions or other highly sensitive information through these forms. Submitting a form or assessment does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, legal, tax or accounting relationship.

Privacy notices for regulated relationships

Any regulated client relationship is governed by the written agreement and disclosures provided by the applicable BEYO entity. Those materials may include a separate privacy notice covering nonpublic personal information, service providers, information-sharing practices and safeguards.
